Right of Return
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, our customers who can be defined as "consumers" by the decree itself have the right of withdrawal within 15 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform Saint Mary (Insert name, geographical address and, if available, telephone and fax number and e-mail address) via email saintmarybrand04@gmail. com. Once the withdrawal information has been sent, wait for a response and the return address will be communicated later in the response from Saint Mary.
Within 15 days, the customer must return the goods intact and in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The deadline within which the refund is expected is within 15 days.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
